These farms are traditional rural constructions which are still found in Southern Italy, particularly in Puglia. Once used for farming, these characteristic buildings are now often restored and modernised, ready to accommodate the many visitors wishing to enjoy the countryside and good food. Such is the case with Masseria Cappella, where the cows which yield the produce used in local delicacies, graze on the pastures around the Masseria where they are reared, in the depths of the Puglian countryside. The choice made by Masseria Cappella’s chefs to use Giorik equipment in the kitchens underscores just how much importance they attach to serving guests healthy, traditional cuisine which is authentically Italian.
