An oven from the Steambox Evolution range has recently been installed for the chefs at the Annabelle Resort, a luxury hotel complex overlooking the historic Paphos harbour in Cyprus. The menu is to die for, a real celebration of the finest cuisine Greece and Turkey have to offer. Its typical dishes are famous: Cypriot meze, a selection of starters prepared with the finest local products, especially vegetables and creamy cheeses, and main courses with meat such as the classic gyro and souvlaki, alongside more unusual dishes such as kleftiko (roast lamb) and stifado (traditional rabbit stew).
