Giorik is taking a trip to Naples to take part in Tutto Pizza, the largest professional pizza trade fair. The location could only be the Mostra d’Oltremare trade fair centre in Naples, homeland of one of Italy's finest gastronomic products. The event is being promoted in conjunction with the Association of Italian Pizza Chefs (Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani), presided over by Chairman Sergio Miccù, who played a key role in the application to obtain UNESCO immaterial heritage status for the "art of the Italian pizza chef".  The fair is set to feature the all-important ability competitions amongst pizza chefs, with the new addition of the first course for Professional Pizza Tasters. Giorik will be displaying its equipment (a Steambox Evolution oven and the brand new EasyAir) in the stand of its area dealer, H-SERVICE of Caserta.
