This is undoubtedly the case in France where Italian food is centre stage at PARIZZA, Le Salon Professionnel de la Pizza, Pasta et Restauration Italienne which takes place in Porte de Versailles, Paris, on the 18 – 19 March, providing a high-profile business platform and a rich source of inspiration for Italian catering professionals.
