The 3 Cocottes award has recently been bestowed on CAFFÈ PROPAGANDA, a lively venue set a stone’s throw from Rome’s Colosseum and a long-standing customer of Giorik; the restaurant’s kitchens are in fact home to two EVOLUTION ovens from Giorik’s top-end range. The Cocotte is a new symbol only just introduced in 2017 by the renowned Gambero Rosso Rome guide; a further addition to the well-known “forks” and “goblets”, and one that is used to assess the range offered by the Capital’s finest bistros. This was the motivation behind the sought-after award made to Caffè Propaganda: the evolution of its range of services has proven very popular, and now “offers everything from bar to food and cocktail services, as befits a truly international, all-day-long venue”.
